"I recently picked up a gavel as a gift to our outgoing Youth and Government president, engraved with his name. Awards by Paul did a great job on the work. However, a very sweet lady by the name of Christine made the experience so much better. When i picked up the gavel, it came in a little plastic bag. I asked if she perhaps had a box laying around so I can give it as a gift. She went to the back and found a gorgeous box with velvet lining that made the plain gavel look extraordinary. She easily could've come back with a plain brown box, but knew it was a gift for a high school student. She went beyond what was expected and my student absolutely loved it.
